Job Responsibilities include:
Help ensure client’s treatment plan is adhered to on weekends by working closely with our leadership team and following their directives.
Support and encourage clients as they work their program.
Assist clients in learning life skills such as; room upkeep, cooking, and laundry.
Monitor clients while at activities such as bowling, shopping, recreational outings, church, transportation, and medication administration.
Applicant must have good listening skills, be encouraging and understand addiction recovery process.
Must also have a driver’s license in good standing, pass state background check, and free of any substance abuse for one year.
If hired, you will be trained in CPR/First Aid/AED and medication management. Hours: Hours Vary (12 Hour shifts Saturday and Sunday) possible other shifts available to increase hours.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or GED
Documented one year of freedom from substance use
Must pass Applicant Background Check Study
Must pass Drug Screen
Knowledge of the philosophy of Alcoholics
CNA experience/training helpful
CPR/First Aid/AED certification (or obtained after hired)
Knowledge of substance abuse and dependency
Knowledge of client rights and staff responsibility
Knowledge of Maltreatment of Vulnerable Adult
Knowledge of Protective
Training in giving out medications and charting schedule intake of medication in the medication record book.
12/20/17 Wake Night Direct Care Restore House Treatment Center seeks person for wake night support staff position starting Immediately. If you are looking for rewarding and meaningful work; join an excellent team of individuals who work together to provide a caring environment as we help others transform their lives. The treatment centers are housed in individual private homes with only 6 clients per house. Hours: Full time or/part time overnight position; hours vary but typically Friday, Saturday, Sunday 10p-10a. Requirements: must be passionate about managing the upkeep of a home, able to deep clean and carry out all household duties for a multilevel home. Mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, organization, including light house hold laundry, dusting. Individual must have cleaning experience and references. "CPR & First Aid Certificate", "Medication Management Training" (we can provide training for both.) Must be able to pass State Background Check and drug screening. Other Duties: night supervision over household of 6 clients during this wake night shift, insuring client security and safety, monitoring any client activity during night, routine rounds medication dispensing, and documentation.
